Use the following step to add your own browser toolbars in Internet Explorer. You can add links to any programs on your computer or to any web page (tweaks.com) for example.
Go to Start, Run
Type in gpedit.msc
Go to user configuration - Windows Settings - IE Maintenance - Browser UI. Then click on browser toolbar customizations.
Note: You will need 2 ico files, one color and one grey for the mouse over.
