Clear Unwanted Entries from Add/Remove Programs

Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT).
Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall
Remove any unwanted keys under "Uninstall."
