Use Window Blinds XP to add themes

Windows Blinds XP has been integrated into the Windows XP operating system.  Microsoft and Stardock have entered into a partnership in which Microsoft will use their technology in the Windows XP operating system.   With Windows Blinds XP installed you have additional styles to choose from in display properties.  Take a look below:
