Adjust Live Preview Hover Delay

I already showed you how to customize the Taskbar hover delay so next let's customize the live preview hover delay that determines how long you must hover over a thumbnail preview before you are shown a live preview of the Window.

Here is how you can customize the Live Preview hover delay:

Click on the Start Button, type in regedit and hit Enter.
Navigate through HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.
Right click on Advanced and select New DWORD and name the new value "ThumbnailLivePreviewHoverTime".
Right click on ThumbnailLivePreviewHoverTime and select Modify.
Switch to Decimal base and enter in your new number in milliseconds. 1000 = 1 second. Anything larger than 0 is a valid value.
Once changed click OK and restart the explorer process or restart your computer.

Great!!
I would need one more tweak to be really happy. I suppose you are already working on it but I'm asking just in case: Could it be possible to adjust the delay between the moment you hit 'Alt Tab' and the moment the first preview shows up. There's a huge delay that, I think, is very anoying. It's basically the same delay as the one when you mouse over the bottom right corner of the screen in order to peek at the desktop. This delay is far too long.

Michae, Philipp, and Albucian: Thank you so much for bringing this up, I've been dying to find a tweak to make alt-tab display the peek instantly. Especially when I hit ctrl+s to save editing a html file and want to find the firefox window with alt tab to see the result. That delay really doesn't go well with my urge to need to jump right to firefox to see if my css/javascript works this time kind of scenario.

I understand that this is probably not what you are looking for, but you can try VistaSwitcher (http://www.ntwind.com/software/vistaswitcher.html), imo a much more polished Alt+Tab. I don't usually install 3rd party applications to enhance Windows feel/usability (usually it's unnecessary bloat) but this thing is pretty great.
