ICS trouble with ADSL

I couldn't get ICS to function properly with the XP-inbox PPPoE. (ADSL) ..I could get on-the-net on my client computers, but after about 30 seconds, the connection would slow down to a complete halt. I installed RASPPPoE and ICS worked like a dream.
