Intel Application Accelerator (IAA) v2.2 causes serious problems with NVidia GForce 3 and 4 reference drivers.  After installing IAA, Windows will no longer recognize your video card properly, and report a Code 10 in Device Manager for the device status.  Reinstalling the NVidia drivers will not solve the problem, you must uninstall the Intel software to regain use of your video card.
