Vista SP2 (32 bit) breaks Eset NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.437. I had to restore my pre-SP2 image, after NOD32 couldn't start all services when I updated to Vista SP2. It said to reinstall NOD32, but that wasn't possible, because setup reported that I (as administrator) did not have sufficient rights to update the various files NOD32 writes to the C:\Program Files folder. I hope this gets fixed soon, because Vista seemed a bit snappier with SP2 installed.
