Windows Vista RTM Tomorrow? Confirmed by MS?

I am currently at Windows Connections in Las Vegas and in the middle of one of the opening keynotes with Steve Rieley from Microsoft. A few minutes ago he just announced to everyone that Vista will RTM tomorrow (11/8).  Is this confirmation from Microsoft on what we all were expecting?
