Preventing CTFMON from loading

Note: I've found that only "Step 2" must be performed for those who don't have Office XP like myself. Just follow "Step 2" and it will get rid of ctmon.exe from loading.  Update:  It was discovered that all users, even those without Office XP must also complete "Step 3" and delete the file as well.  I reccomend to just follow all the steps.
