Link Device Manager (2) Easier

If you are the type of user that uses device manager often, than try puting it on your destop an easier way..

1.My Computer\C:(HDD)\Windows\System32]

2. Look for devmgmt.msc Right click on Icon
and send to: desktop (create shortcut)...
