To disconnect a call via a shortcut, create a shortcut with the following int the 'Target' field:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rasdial.exe /disconnect
Then you can assign a shortcut key combination in the 'Shortcut Key' field to disconnect via a keystroke if you like.
