I installed Logon changer for changing my windows login background image. I selected the image and clicked 'ok'. A notification came that old logon backgrounds detected and that it will be saved in C/windows/system32/oobe/info/backgrounds/backup. I clicked 'ok' but another notification came stating that "Access to the path C/windows/system32/oobe/info/backgrounds/backup/Win7-LtBlue-1 920x1200_2_20_2013_14_18_16.jpg is denied". Due to this I am unable to change the background. Please suggest.
