Ok, working on my Mates Desktop. Gave it a good cleaning; using all the standard things before reporting it on Hijack, however the only problem the computer seems to have now is when you click on "ANY" Icon or the actual program for example "SystemPropertiesAdvanced.exe" is says cannot find it. But if I Right Click 'some' of these objects & select "Run as Administrator" it 'Works'? Any help? Seeing as I can't install programs on his PC since it asks 'how-to' to open anything...?
Scans I ran in Bios, or before Windows that is are...
Kaspersky, Panda, McAfee, Trend Micro, Webroot System Analyzer, Spyware Doctor, and last but not least A-squared.. All current definitions.
Any suggestions on Fixing that one issue without formatting back to factory default...?

Copy and paste ALL the following text in the code box below into Notepad.
Click on Start/All Programs/Accessories,right click on Notepad and select "Run as Administrator".
Click on File(in the menu at the top)>Save as../Save as Type: 'All Files' /File name: fix.reg to your desktop.
Then double click on the fix.reg file on your desktop and agree to merge the information into the registry,then restart your pc.
