Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting 'Fix checked'.
Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing:
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{A9B35512-05D3-4CAB-AC5C-9A600882DB5B}: NameServer = 93.188.163.34,93.188.161.95
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{D01364A6-3DD2-4817-B73A-A95B3E43AF6A}: NameServer = 93.188.163.34,93.188.161.95
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 93.188.163.34,93.188.161.95
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 93.188.163.34,93.188.161.95

Now flush the DNS resolver cache:
Click on Start > Run,type CMD then press OK
At the C:\> prompt type net stop dnscache then press Enter
At the C:\> prompt again type net start dnscache then press Enter
At the C:\> prompt again type EXIT then press Enter

Click on Start/Run,type CMD then press OK
At the C:\> prompt copy and paste the following command, then press Enter

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Then type EXIT then press Enter.
Restart your pc,post the entire contents of C:\resetlog.txt

If after doing the above you find you're not able to connect to the internet, try this:
Click Start/Control Panel/Network Connections.
Then right click on your default connection, usually 'Local Area Connection' or 'Dial-up Connection' if you are using Dial-up,then left click on 'Properties'.
Double-click on the 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)' item and select the radio button that says: 'Obtain DNS servers Automatically'.
Click OK twice,restart your computer.

If still no joy, right click on your default connection, usually 'Local Area Connection' or 'Dial-up Connection' if you are using Dial-up,then left click on 'Repair'.
Follow the prompts, exit Control Panel, restart your computer.

You still have problems, lets try the following again:

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting 'Fix checked'.
Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WEK9EMDHI9] C:\WINDOWS\Ppuvoa.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [TOY5KNQ8OC] C:\DOCUME~1\HOME~1.PC9\LOCALS~1\Temp\Pvx.exe

Download The Avenger by Swandog46.
Unzip/extract it to your desktop.

Start up The Avenger by double clicking on the sword icon on your desktop
Copy and paste ALL the following text inside the code box below into the "Input script here:" window [see image below]:

Files to delete:
C:\WINDOWS\Ppuvoa.exe
C:\DOCUME~1\HOME~1.PC9\LOCALS~1\Temp\Pvx.exe

Folders to delete:
C:\RECYCLER

Leave the box "Scan for rootkits" checked.
Place a check in the box "Automatically disable any rootkits found".
Then click on the "Execute" button.
Then press OK at the prompts to reboot/restart your PC.
After your pc has restarted, post the entire contents of C:/Avenger.txt into your next reply.

Download ComboFix from HERE or HERE to your Desktop,by following the steps below.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved and renamed following this process directly to your desktop**

1.If you are using Firefox, make sure that your download settings are as follows:

* Click on Tools->Options->"Main" tab
* Set to "Always ask me where to Save the files".

2.During the download, rename Combofix to Combo-Fix as follows:

3.It is important you rename Combofix during the download, but not after.
4.Please do not rename Combofix to other names, but only to the one indicated.
5.Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
* Click Here to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.

-----------------------------------------------------------

* Close any open browsers.
* WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts.
* Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
* If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.

-----------------------------------------------------------

6.Double click on Combo-Fix.exe & follow the prompts,if you're running Windows Vista\Windows 7 right click on Combo-Fix.exe and click on "Run as Administrator".
7.When finished, it will produce a report for you.
8.Please post the contents of "C:\Combo-Fix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log into your next reply.

**Note: Do not mouseclick combo-fix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**

-----------------------------------------------------------

**VERY IMPORTANT**
* As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
* Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures**

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix,you should see the following message:

Post the following in your next reply:
The entire contents of C:/Avenger.txt
The contents of C:\ComboFix.txt
A new HijackThis log.

Your log is clean

Re-enable CD Emulation using DeFogger by following these steps:

* Double-click on the DeFogger icon to start the tool,if running Win 7 or Vista right click and select Run as Administrator.
* The application window will now appear. You should now click on the Enable button to enable your CD Emulation drivers
* When it prompts you whether or not you want to continue, please click on the Yes button to continue
* When the program has completed you will see a Finished! message. Click on the OK button to exit the program.
* If CD Emulation programs are present and have been enabled, DeFogger will now ask you to reboot the machine. Please allow it to do so by clicking on the OK button.

Click on Start/Run,copy and paste ComboFix /uninstall into the 'Open:' space, then press OK [see image below]
This will uninstall Combofix, delete its related folders and files, reset your clock settings, hide file extensions, hide the system/hidden files and resets System Restore.

You can now delete all/any tools we've used.

You should now take the time to read and follow the information found in the links below,to help you prevent any possible future infections and stay safe and secure while online:

Your online accounts, computer files, and personal information are more secure when you use strong passwords to help protect them, you should check yours:

You may want to consider the following:
If you have an external USB drive,or a spare hard disk drive, you may want to consider investing in/installing a disk imaging/restore software [see examples below].
If you don't have a spare hard disk drive or an external USB drive then again you should consider getting one,200 to 250GB should be just fine, the more space the better, the more images you can store.
While the pc is running well and is malware free you should create an image of your hard drive and save that image to your external USB drive,or spare hard disk drive.
Most popular disk imaging programs will give you the option of creating a bootable system recovery cd.
Booting your pc with that cd you can restore your operating system to its previous state which uses the saved disk image stored on your USB drive/spare hard drive.

To pay for options:
Acronis True Image.
Norton Ghost.

Free options:
Macrium Reflect FREE Edition.
Paragon Drive Backup Free Edition.

Keep safe and happy surfing
