I was going thru my uninstall list and found this dcmsvc 1.0 and would like to know what is it and if i need it or should remove it

Its Digital Copy Manager by Warner Bros,wether you remove it or not,thats entirely up to you,read on:

What is DCMSVC 1.0:
DCMSVC 1.0 is a Windows service that the Digital Copy Manager requires in order to give you advanced functionality such as playing back content in Windows Media Player and iTunes.
