Hi, I'm trying to install super anti spyware in windows vista safe mode.

but as the topic suggests, i get an error message: "The windows installer service is not accessible in safe mode."

You will not be able to install that software in safe mode. You typically can't install any software while in safe mode because the foundation that apps use to install apps is not loaded. If you are trying to stop some spyware from starting up automatically you can try using something like Sysinternals Autoruns http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx to disable apps from starting up automatically. That may allow you to install an anti-spyware app from withing windows and then clean it.
