Is this my movies??? or whats left of them

Hate to say but sure looks like it. Have you tried re-naming a couple of them with the proper extension and try to view it? Have you tried running "Recuva" on that folder.
As a last ditch effort have you tried 'chkdsk /r' on that drive? Take note that chkdsk may also destroy what is there!!! I say that because in some cases it has fixed the problem where other times it hasn't and made things worse especially if it is a drive problem. The fact you had crc errors on that drive is not a good sign.

wow! Just renamed them to avi n it works. 

movies r backkk now I gotta rename all 256 files

ok thank you all for your help 1 more question,

After I rename them and stuff would you recommend me save all my data onto my mac and then format my extername hard drive?

YES Just remember that the drive had problems and even after a format (I would suggest a destructive format from the manufacturer of the drive) that you may have problems down the road.
