I currently get my hosting company to deal with my email. by installing exchange, will i be then hosting my own email? or will it still be going through my hosting company. and would i be right in saying that exchange will only allow email in that are only from recognized clients or is thier a filter for that... could someone give me a real quick overview of exchange and why i would use it. thanks in advanced kuz
