I don't know if anyone else had this problem but:

I installed a program which moniters ports for spyware, does scans and other things as well.

Problem is that a password was put onto it and now I forgot it. I cannot even uninstall this program.

Is the only solution to do a reformat?

What's the name of this program please,have you tried deleting it's folder in Program Files,in Safe Mode.Create a System Restore point first,just as a precaution.

What's the exact name and path to this folder.
