| I'm working on a computer, and there is a folder "Documents" which I cannot access. I have tried to access this folder using admin rights user. I also tried to look in using command prompt but was denied. The message box is windows "Access Denied." Multiple security sweeps have been made and nothing is turning up. Any ideas on how to get rid of the folder, or even to access it? The exact path is: c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents

What's the exact path to this "Documents" folder please.

| I followed the steps to take ownership of the file. When I rebooted the computer, the folder's name changed to "Shared Documents". It appeared to be part of AOL. It doesn't annoy me anymore. Thank you for the direction.
