Is this a virus or spyware? I have ran all my Anti-Viruses and Spyware progams, and nothing seems to get rid of it. 

Any help or suggestions? Thanks in advance

Let's take a look,download and install HijackThis 1.99.1.

Launch Hijack This and select "Do a System Scan only". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change to "Save Log". Now press the "Save Log" button, and save the log to your desktop. Then copy and paste that log into the Hijack This forum,not here.

I just wondered if you managed to solve your assistant.trustinsearch problem as I have exactly the same problem and nothing seems to work.  Is it worth me downloading Hijack This?
