need help changing word in start menu

i'm pretty new to this and on my hex editor i can't seem to work out how to get to the offsets so i can change the words in the start menu
below is the tweak im confused with

Windoze Mystery Screen Saver

There's a screen saver for Windoze that I've seen that features a house (not the haunted house!) that slowly changes over time. Lights go on and off, the moon crosses over the house, etc.

In Control Panel->Display->Screen Saver, it should show up under "Mystery", but my machine doesn't have it.

Does anyone know where I can get a legal copy of it?

Hello to You all Gurus out there,and before hand,I Thank You all for taking the time to look at my post,and here is my concern:I have IE7 with Google toolbar and I just simply want to add the option of "go to Url" when highlighting & right clicking on an adrress (i.e.:Rapidshare).I know I had it before and somehow lost it whe I had to re-format my windows and re-installed..can someone offer me some insight on this problem???..Thanks in advance...;)

Hi Geniuses: :)

I downloaded a file with beautiful Vista Icons (lot of them), I do not want to go through changing each individual icon of XP. The Vista icons are in the format of "Icon x.ico", where x is from 1 to 150, e.g. 'Icon 87.ico'

I am avoiding Themes to keep my PC as lean as possible. So please help me how replace all of the XP icons with the Vista icons and of course preferably using a freeware tool. Kindly do not just name the tool without guidance of its usage, as i have downloaded some and got frustrated.........It will also be great if you can advice how to restore my default icons of XP (how to save on the side or where to download them from).

Finally if you can tell me that by changing just the icons, if there will be any extra memory usage (i think not) but ur view will carry more weight.

Looking forward for your suggestions.

Can't Copy .gif File To Login Screen....

Hi,
I've been trying like mad to copy my desktop photo to the logon screen, but it just won't work!
Is this a problem w/ the file being a .GIF? Can you not copy GIFs to the logon screen?

I was able to hide recycle bin through regedit tweak successfully, now I just have a leftover Widcomm bluetooth icon left on my desktop that wont go away. Please help me hide or delete it.

Problem changing folder icon

Hello, I commited the same mistake again but forgot how to solve it.

I manually changed the generic folder icon thru tools --- folder options ---file types. But now every time I double click a folder instead of openning, a search window appears, could anyone help me to restore the function.

windows xp welcome screen

When my computer is booting up and the welcome screen is showing, programs or services windows is doing show up in writing under the word welcome.Also the same writing shows as windows shuts down.Can anyone tell me how to stop this
