I dont believe the problem with automatic updates or firewall is a group policy setting. Malware and viruses can disable that stuff and much much more in the registry. Go ahead and waste the space as Richie has suggested.
Note: Since you have already 'fixed' things in HiJackThis Richie may not see everything that tells exactly what all needs to be fixed. It would be helpful to let Richie know what you fixed with HiJackThis since you know what you did.

RE: My PC is damaged

Well, anybody know how to use Group Policy to re-enable Automatic Update and Windows Firewall?

RE: My PC is damaged
I already fixed it with HijackThis myself (Trust me, I know what I did) so, don't ask me to post another Hijackthis log because, you will waste space.
If you require help i first need to see a Hijackthis log.
Download Trend Micro HijackThis 2.0.2 to your desktop:
Double click on HJTInstall.exe,it will prompt you to extract hijackthis.exe to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
When the install is complete,HijackThis will automatically launch.
When the license agreement appears, select "I Accept" and then click on the "Do a system scan only" button.
When the scan is complete, click on the "Save Log" button, then save it to your desktop.
Copy and paste the entire contents of that log into a new topic in the HijackThis Logs forum, not here.

My PC is damaged

My PC got some problems. I already fixed it with HijackThis myself (Trust me, I know what I did) so, don't ask me to post another Hijackthis log because, you will waste space. The problem I got was that the malware changed my group policy, Regedit is blocked, Automatic Updates settings are grayed (I can't change it to update automatically) and Windows Firewall is also grayed. Please help me. I just need to know which policy to change to restore Windows.
