When I click Recent Posts, the menu appears, BUT....

then I click any of the 3 options, it just goes away.

Nothing happens :hehe:

any ideas?

A log on problem

When I log in I ask that it remembers me so as not to keep logging on everytime I visit. This doesn't seem to work as I have to log in every time. Any suggestions please.

Change of email address not recognised

I recently changed my email address in my profile, it is not recognised and I still can log on with the old email address. Have the records been updated- thanks.

Tweaks.com or www.Tweaks.com?

It seems that many sites these days are getting rid of the www altogether. Do you think we should also get rid of the WWW so you can get to Tweaks.com with less typing?

If so the url of the forum would change to tweaks.com/forum

For compatibility, in the event that it is decided to go with tweaks.com the url www.tweaks.com will still work but redirect automatically to the root domain.

i want to advertise for tweaks.com!!!!!!

is there like a banner i can display on myspace or on facebook ( prefferably both! ) . i want to get this place some new customers :-P. so PA LEASE!!! get me something or im a start creating a myspace account for this place so more people hear about it! altho.. i would atleast like permission for that! so site/forum admins.. please respond in some way.. i hope i doesnt offend you in any way that i wanna advertice for you all!

Signing in

Hi

After I sign in, I pick a topic and the get kicked back to the sign in page and have to sign in again, then pick the topic again.

Seeing only the subject line after clicking

With the new site makeover, I no longer see the description line that a user posts along with their problem. I now only see the Subject line text at the top left side of my browser window, next to the Firefox icon, when I click a link. It is, however, still visible when you check for topics, but only up to a point.

This used to be useful when a poster would type a lot of words in their topic description that wouldn't fit into the main topic window that we all read and reply to. It would be a few words, then end with dot dot dot (...) and we couldn't see what other information they included that may be relevant to the post before clicking on the link. Now, clicking on the link no longer produces their topic description after their subject line as the browser header, before the browser name.

Links not working

The links at the top right of the forums that start with Control Panel 0/0 Messages Recent Posts Popular Topics are not working properly for me. The Messaging link and Control Panel work just fine, but the Recent and Popular links do not work at all. This just started in the last day or so. :hehe:

When you click on a thread to go inside, it always takes you to the first post on the page you click on. Is there not, in this day and age, a way to make the forums auto kick you to the first unread post? :pinch:
